Session Fees & Medicare Rebates

Sessions are $240 per 50-minute appointment. If you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you’ll receive a Medicare rebate of $98.95, reducing the out-of-pocket cost to $141.05 per session.

MindSure Psychology is a private billing practice and does not offer bulk billing.

Weekend sessions incur an additional $20 fee, making the out-of-pocket cost $161.05 with a rebate.

Secure Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a trusted global payment system used by major healthcare providers. Stripe encrypts and securely stores card details to the highest industry standard (PCI Level 1).

MindSure Psychology does not have access to or store your credit card information. Receipts are emailed automatically after each payment.

MindSure Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

As a courtesy to other clients seeking appointments, please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. This allows us to offer the time to someone else who may be waiting.

MindSure Psychology requires at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, including same-day cancellations or unattended sessions, will incur the full session fee (non-rebatable by Medicare or private health funds).
