Our approach is practical, evidence-based, and tailored to each client’s goals. James draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support meaningful and sustainable change.
